Resamples the images in the document based on their color-type. Color and grayscale images are resampled to 96 dpi, 1-Bit images to 300 dpi.

The example Action List uses Average Downsampling which gives a good compromise between quality and resampling speed. You can change this to Bicubic downsampling if you want better quality or subsampling if speed is more important.
