Product Manager

Reports to: Director of Enfocus Product Management
Department: Product Management
Location: Ghent, Belgium

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for translating market demand and strategic product ideas into sellable products. You base your decisions on market research and expertise. Being part of the Enfocus Business Unit, you work close together with the development, sales and support departments.

Key activities

• Define customer / market needs and translate them into new product specifications or feature requests for existing products
• Maintain feature request lists
• Write product specifications which can be used by development, support and quality assurance and marketing
• Coordinate product releases with the Enfocus Release Manager and make sure there is timeline communication to all Enfocus stakeholders

Your profile

• Bachelor degree in a relevant technical or business related field
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of English and Dutch - additional languages is an asset
• Relevant experience of minimum 1 to 2 years (product management in a graphic arts or software company is a plus)
• Solid understanding of the Mac or Windows environment and office applications
• Understanding of the graphic arts market or specific graphic arts software or hardware products is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Willing to travel (up to 25%)
