We have an extensive documentation on each of our products, this documentation is installed with your product and can be accessed from within the ‘Help’ menu in your Enfocus product. The most recent version of the documentation can also be found on this website. Click on the Documentation tab above to take you to the overview of available online documentation.
2. Search the frequently asked questions
A lot of information on how to do specific tasks and how to solve certain problems is available in our ’frequently asked questions’ section, which can be found here.
3. Ask your local reseller
We work with very knowledgeable partners and resellers, who are trained to provide you with support on any of our products. You can find your local reseller and all needed contact information here
4. Visit the Crossroads community
Crossroads is the meeting point for all things related to Enfocus Switch, you can find free sample flows, new and updated configurators, participate in the Crossroads community and much more.
5. Contact Enfocus customer support
We provide free e-mail support on our products, you can report a problem or submit a question by filling out this form. As we give free support to all customers, please understand it could take up to two business days for one of our support engineers to look into your question.
We also appreciate any feedback and welcome all feature requests you might have, please fill out the ‘request a feature ’ form to bring them under our attention.
If you’d like to receive priority support, you might be interested in applying for a maintenance contract. Please contact your local reseller or Enfocus Sales for more details on pricing.

The Local License Manager
Enfocus created a free tool that helps you managing your activated products locally. You can read all about this tool, find download links and how-to-use instructions via this link.
