Crossroads is your online meeting point for all things related to Enfocus Switch.

Whether you are a vendor, integrator or user of the Enfocus Switch automation solutions, Crossroads puts instant resources at your fingertips you won't find elsewhere on the web.


Sign up for a Crossroads account

The first time you visit crossroads-world.com you need to sign up for an account in order to get full access to the website.

You can create an account by clicking on the Register button on the top right of the Crossroads homepage.

Complete the registration form with your personal information. Note that fields marked with * are mandatory.

If you are an Enfocus partner, or you want to apply for an account as a partner, please don't forget to check your partner type.

Click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page to confirm your registation. After submitting the form you will see a notification that we have successfully received your registration as a regular user of the Crossroads community.

Important!
In addition to your subscription as a regular user of the Crossroads community you need to send an email to
info@crossroads-world.com to apply for an account as partner.

Your request will be pending approval. You will be notified by email when your request is approved (max. two working days).

 
 


How to add a flow?

Once you are logged in with your credentials you can click on the Manage button on the top right of the Crossroads homepage.

To upload a new flow and share it with the community click on the Add a Flow button you can find in the horizontal navigation bar in the blue header of the page.

Complete the form with the information related to your flow. Fields marked with * are mandatory. Click the Upload a solution button to submit the form. A notification will be shown that the flow has been successfully uploaded.

Please note that your flow will be pending approval. You will be notified by email when the flow is approved (max. two working days).

 

How to add an application?

Please note that only Crossroads Master Partners can upload applications and
will receive the leads generated through the Crossroads community.

The information below describes how Crossroads Master Partners can upload and share their applications on the Crossroads community.

Once you are logged in with your credentials you can click on the Manage button on the top right of the Crossroads homepage

This link brings you to your profile page where you can find and edit your personal information and upload applications and flows.

To upload an application click on the 'Add an application' button you can find in the horizontal navigation bar in the blue header of the page. A notification will pop-up regarding a Java applet. Please click Allow.

Complete the form with the info related to your application. Fields marked with * are mandatory. If you want to upload installers for both Mac and Windows make sure you select 'Platform dependent file' so you can upload two installers.

Browse to the installer through the wizard that will pop-up:
  • Click the Add button to choose your file
  • Click Upload - a progress bar will show the status of the uploading process
  • Close
Click on the 'Add application' button on the bottom of the page to submit the form. A notification will be shown that the application has been succuessfully uploaded.

Your application will be pending approval. You will be notified by email when the application is approved (max. two working days).
 
 
 


How to edit applications and flows?

Once you are logged in with your credentials you can click on the Manage button on the top right of the Crossroads homepage.

This link gets you to your profile page where you can get an overview of all applications and flows linked to your company.
You can edit the information by clicking on the Update button.

Click the button Update this application to submit the form.
A notification will be shown that we have successfully received your change request. Your request will be pending approval. You will be notified by email when your request is approved (max. two working days).
