About Tomas Van Rossom
Tomas Van Rossom has been leading Enfocus as General Manager since 2021. He started his career at Enfocus in 2016 as Sales Operations Manager and later became Enfocus Sales Director, leading the global sales team covering OEM sales, channel sales, and e‐commerce. Today, he is steering the company towards a more ambitious mission, aiming to build the most versatile automation software for file handling across print & beyond, delivered through a worldwide community of experts and solution partners.
About Freddy Pieters
Freddy Pieters has many years of experience in the industry, he has previously worked for Barco Graphics and Esko, and has been working for Enfocus since 2012. As our Solution Architect, he is an expert in Switch, and you will probably meet him during any Switch user events or training to use the software. He is an excellent tutor, results-oriented, and motivated by customer satisfaction.
About Tim Bernaerdt
Tim Bernaerdt joined Enfocus in 2013. As the Head of Customer Success, Tim and his team focus on creating a personalized and human experience for our customers. In close collaboration with the Enfocus Channel Partners, they look after the automation customer journey of the Enfocus customers. Tim strongly believes that all companies in any kind of business can gain tremendously from automation.
