The Enfocus Switch World Tour comes to the US for the first time. Switch users with a current maintenance contract were treated to a free full-day event in Chicago. Product Manager Toon van Rossum presented new features in Switch 2018, discussed upcoming developments and listened to users input. Andrew Bailes-Collins, Senior Product Manager for PitStop took the floor and gave attendees a close look at PitStop 2018. He covered the latest features in PitStop Pro and a glimpse into the latest PDF specifications. It's always interesting to hear about the products you are using in your shop straight from the guys who are in charge of them. You get to find out what goes into piloting a solution like Switch and PitStop and you get a chance to influence where it goes in the future.
Getting to know our customers
Enfocus prioritizes customer success and the greatest part of that is simply listening. After a morning of presentation and demonstrations, an interactive session allowed customers to provide feedback. Discussions about use cases and feature requests highlighted the afternoon. A group exercise gave everyone a chance to prioritize new Switch feature suggestions, then assume the role of product manager and choose which ones should be in the next release.
Also on hand were Enfocus resellers and implementation experts. The resources available all in one room was certainly a unique opportunity for end users. The day concluded with a Tips & Tricks session and "Stump the Chump" was a challenge offered up by the Enfocus team to everyone present. Was there a question that couldn't be answered?
The Switch World Tour was a valuable exchange for users and product managers. Everyone came away with a sense of accomplishment and are looking ahead to the next Switch World Tour. Guests received a lovely parting gift to commemorate the day. Thank you to all who attended!
