Online Switch Insight Dashboard

For maintenance customers who opt-in for sharing usage data with Enfocus we now offer a free online Insight Dashboard. The dashboard will give you a weekly overview of your Switch processing. It includes statistics regarding number of files processed, which types of flow elements were used, how files were received and much more.

Switch Designer Improvements

There are several improvements to the Switch Designer and Flow Elements. For example, more intuitive pop-up tool tips when hovering over a “condition with variables” parameter. The tool tip now displays the value of the conditional variable. There are specific flow element updates in this release. The Database Connect element gets major speed improvements. The Assemble Job, Mail Send and Problem Jobs elements are receiving additional functionality to simplify flow design.

New Job Board and Dashboard features

Both for job boards and dashboards it is possible to share boards with the groups the user is a member of. Additionally, users in the administrator group can share with all available groups. The ability to apply a pie chart style to History Graphs has been added. It’s now possible to give a status to folders at the end of a flow which allows job boards to contain a “Finished” count for a flow.
