How prepress automation can help online printers in the price war

Online printing is facing a very aggressive price war today, with a scissor effect caused by, on one hand, increase of acquisition costs, and on the other hand, decrease of price and promotions.

But online printing remains a growing sector in printing, compared to traditional sales channels. In that context, many printers are entering web-to-print, but don't know how to increase their margin value or be able to lower their prices without impacting their margin.

Automated prepress workflows, and optimized ganging are a great way to generate value, both from customer and financial perspectives.
