Server Upgrade Coming on July 28th

On Tuesday, July 28th (starting at 8 AM CET), we will upgrade our servers. While this will provide a lot of opportunities for us (and for you) in the future, it also means certain features/services will experience some downtime while we work on the server. Below, you’ll find a detailed summary of where we expect it.

On July 28th, you will encounter issues when trying to visit/sign in to My Enfocus. You will not be able to visit (or complete purchases on) the Enfocus webshop as well as the Enfocus Appstore.

Other features/websites where signing in with an Enfocus ID is required will also be down for some time during the 28th of July, as signing in will not be possible while we are working on the server.

Activating any subscription during this time will not be possible.

In Enfocus PitStop Pro/Server, you will not be able to:

• Set up Resource Syncing in PitStop (Resource Syncing will work as long as it was set up in advance)
• Sign out of a subscription
• Register a license key
• Activate a subscription by signing in inside of the ‘About’ panel

In Enfocus Switch, you will not be able to:

• Download, update or remove apps
• Sign in inside the ‘About’ panel
• Connect a subscription to Switch

In Enfocus Review, you will not be able to sign in or create a new account.

Keep in mind that, apart from the list above, we expect no issues for systems/machines that are already signed in with an Enfocus ID.
