Like Switch is the glue to production, Machteld is the glue to the Enfocus team. Machteld safeguards our work environment to guarantee we can all carry on our responsibilities. Providing IT and HR services, acting as our procurement department, the guardian of our resources, and the first promoter of sustainability actions. In addition, she organizes all teambuilding events and other spaces to integrate as a team and is always at hand for any aid we need.
