Passionate about the graphic industries from the start, I turned this interest into a career, gaining hands-on experience through both studies and professional work. My combined creative and technical background, including a professional degree in Digital Workflows, has shaped my path and opened me to multiple aspects of printing.
You have worked with several printing companies—what kind of projects or responsibilities did you typically handle?
I’ve had the opportunity to work in both traditional printing and packaging, gaining exposure to a wide range of projects and responsibilities. Starting as a prepress operator handling layout, proofing, imposition, and plate output, I progressed to managing digital workflows and automating files, developing tools with IT to streamline operators’ work. My most recent role allowed me to oversee commercial and project management end-to-end—client meetings, production follow-up, and cross-department coordination—where my technical skills and interpersonal qualities, including attentiveness, advice, and service orientation, were essential.
Over the years, what challenges did you face in prepress, and how did you overcome them?
Each file comes from different software with varying print quality, requiring careful adjustments while respecting standards and deadlines. Staying updated on the latest technologies and guiding clients in preparing their files has become essential for efficiency.
At what point did you start working with Enfocus products? What was your first impression?
I discovered Enfocus products during my BTS in 2008 and was immediately impressed by their ease of use and significant time savings on complex files.
